When an appointment is missed, it can delay your treatment and affect your health. Because our schedule often fills quickly, rescheduling may not be immediate, which can postpone the care you need.

Missed appointments also impact other patients waiting to be seen. Every unused

As a rare independent private practice, we rely on keeping our schedule full in order to continue providing personalized, timely care our patients value. Keeping appointments or notifying us at least 1-2 days in advance helps us use our resources wisely, remain financially healthy, and continue operating independently rather than becoming part of a large corporate healthcare system.

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so we can offer that time to another patient in need!
